This notice covers librasidetechnologies.com, the corporate website. SideOf and MaterialLogix Studio publish their own notices, and this one does not speak for them.
What this site collects
Nothing directly. This site has no forms, no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. It does not track you between visits or across other sites.
What still reaches a third party
Two things happen when a page loads, as they do on most websites.
- Hosting. Cloudflare serves this site and processes ordinary technical data, including your IP address, to deliver it and protect it from abuse.
- Typefaces. The page loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address at that moment. No other information is sent, and nothing identifies you to us.
If you email us
Writing to hello@librasidetechnologies.com gives us your address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and keep it only as long as the conversation needs.
Your choices
To ask what we hold, correct it or have it deleted, write to privacy@librasidetechnologies.com. We do not sell personal information.
Biometric data
This website collects none. It has no camera, no microphone and no upload. Nothing here builds a voiceprint, a face map or any other biometric identifier, and nothing here performs facial recognition.
MaterialLogix Studio does hold biometric data when a person deliberately creates a personal voice profile or Personal Geometry, and consents to it first. That is governed by its own written policy, which sets out the specific purpose, the retention schedule and the destruction guideline required by the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act, the Texas Capture or Use of Biometric Identifier Act, the Washington biometric privacy law and the Colorado Privacy Act. Children
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child. If you believe a child has provided information, write to us and we will delete it.

The controller of this information is LibraSide Technologies, LLC, a District of Columbia limited liability company.

What SideOf and MaterialLogix Studio collect is covered by their own privacy policies, which govern the products. This notice covers only this website.
Changes
